Dengue: No uniforms in Lahore schools for a month
Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has announced to end uniform restriction for one month in schools across Lahore, here on Friday.
The decision has been taken in the light of steps taken to control Dengue virus.
CM Shahbaz also directed to appoint Paramedical staff on immediate basis and also approves installation of Air conditions in the general wards of hospital across the city.
earlier, the Punjab government closed schools for ten days after the virus wreck havoc throughout the province. The government then decided to make changes in the uniform and asked the students to wear full sleeves and pants during school timings.
In order to give relieve to the masses, the CM Punjab allowed the students to wear regular clothes instead of uniform in the school. The order will remain effective for one month.
