Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that 48 target killers were arrested during ongoing targeted search operation in Karachi.

Malik said while talking to journalists here on Tuesday that an indiscriminate operation was under way to curb target killings. He added that till date 48 target killers were arrested and it was expected that very soon peace will be restored in the metropolis.

“I am ready to give an in-camera briefing over arrested target killers to the National Assembly,” Malik added.
