Sardar M Yaqub Khan will take oath as President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday (today) in a formal ceremony in Muzaffarabad.

Chief Justice AJK Supreme Court Mr Justice Azam Khan will administer him office oath. After oath the newly inducted President will replace sitting incumbent Raja Zulkarnain Khan.

The chief minister Gilgit- Baltistan, Syed Mehdi ali shah, AJK Prim Minister, Judges, Civil and military personals will also attend the oath ceremony.

President-elect Haji Yaqub Khan hails from Pooch district. He will be the sixth President of AJK from that district.
