Sarfraz killing case: Life imprisonment challenges in SHC
One of the accused in the Sarfraz Shah murder case on Tuesday moved to the Sindh High Court against the anti-terrorism court’s verdict.
Afsar Khan, the civilian who was given life imprisonment and a Rs 100,000 fine for aiding the murder appealed against the verdict through his counsel Amir Warraich.
Last week, an Anti-Terrorism Court awarded capital punishment to the shooter and life sentences to the other six accused.
