Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Qaid Altaf Hussain on Monday directed Dr Ishrat-ul-Ebad to resume the office of Sindh Governor.

MQM leader Faisal Sabzwari confirmed that Altaf Hussain has directed Dr. Ebad to resume his office.

MQM had quit the government on June 27, 2011 in centre and Sindh. Sindh Governor Dr. Ebad had also resigned from the office.
