Police say a bomb planted in a car exploded near a women’s college in Quetta, killing one person and wounding 8 others.

According to police that the bomb appears to have been detonated Monday by a timing device. The car was parked near a women’s college in Quetta.

Deceased was identified as Naeem while injured Izat ullah Jan, Aagha Habib ullah, Abdul Razaq, Hamid ullah, Dost Mohammad and Ghulam Mohammad were shifted to Civil Hospital Quetta.
