Quetta doctors strike continues
The young doctors’ strike all across the province of Balochistan including this capital city continues for the third month here on Friday.
While the situation has further worsened by the police baton-charge, tear gas shelling, over hundred doctors put behind the bars in different police stations of the city went on a hunger strike.
The situation has provoked even the private hospitals’ doctors also to joint the striking government hospitals doctors, while the work in all private/government hospitals even in OPDs and in emergency departments have come to a standstill, but the senior doctors, professors and young doctors continued providing emergency services to the ailing humanity in a tent erected outside the locked emergency departments.
On the other hand, the patients in the city were facing severe difficulties due to doctors’ protest strikes.
