Economist Joseph Stiglitz stays on number two, Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel is on 8th position, Founder of WikiLeaks Julian Assange holds number 9, British Prince William and his fiancée Kate Middleton stay on 40th post and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is on number 45.
