An Israeli court sentenced former Israeli President Moshe Katsav to seven years in prison on Tuesday for rape and other sexual offenses.

In December, Katsav was convicted of raping a former employee and sexually harassing two other women who used to work for him.
Katsav maintains he is innocent.
