At least ten people were killed and around 30 wounded in a blast at mosque near a shrine in Nowshera on Friday.

The blast occurred in a mosque near Akhund Panjo Baba Shrine in Akbarpura, area of Nowshera. Ten people were killed and several others injured in the blast.

The injured have been shifted to Peshawar and Pubbi Hospitals. Police have cordoned off the area immediately after the blast and arrested two people on suspicion.
