At least three people were killed in firing by a foreigner at Qartaba chowk Mozang on Thursday.

According to police, foreigner Raymond Davis belongs to USA and he has been arrested.

Accused David opened fire at people riding on motorcycle as a result both were injured and succumbed to injuries in hospital.

Another motorcyclist was also injured in Davis’s firing. The injured has succumbed to his wounds in hospital.
