At least 16 militants were killed in an air assault carried out by security forces in different parts of Orakzai Agency.

As per details, fighter jets of security forces targeted several militants hideouts in the restive Orakzai region, killing at least 16 militants.

The fighter jets bombed various hideouts set up by militants in Upper Orakzai Agency.

20 militants were injured in the bombing, while 3 militants hideouts were destroyed.
