Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary on Wednesday, nominated Former Justice Ejaz Chaudhary as member Judicial Commission of Pakistan.

Justice Ejaz Chaudhary will be member of Judicial Commission for next two years.

The post was vacant because Justice (R) Ali Hussain Qazalbash had excused on health basis.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan who also Chairman of Judicial Commission of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has already called the first meeting of the Commission on November 6 to make and initiate the process of filling the actual and anticipated vacancies in the superior judiciary.
