Appointment of new Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) former Justice Deedar Hussain shah has been challenged in the Supreme court on Thursday.

According to applicant Shahid Orakzai that there was no consultation according to Constitution in the appointment of appointing NAB Chairman.

On other hand CJ Lahore High court has created the bench against the appointment of NAB Chairman, which will start hearing from tomorrow.
