Leader of Muttehida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Dr Farooq Sattar on Thursday said that during last 24 hours five workers of his party have been killed, adding that we have been given bodies of workers as a ‘gift’ of Land reform bill.

In a press conference here, Farooq Sattar said that two workers were kidnapped from Kharadar on Tuesday, Asif’s body was recovered from Muach Goth. Three workers’ bodies were recovered from Malir Halt, he said. Ghalib Saddqui, Shabaz Ahmad and Sabir Ali were among the victims.

He mentioned that their two hundred workers have been killed since January 2009. Lyari’s criminal people are the behind these killings he claimed, adding that some members of Sindh govt are supporting them.
