Angelina Jolie caused a fan and photo frenzy as she arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of Salt at Graumans Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Monday.
Joined by partner Brad Pitt, the 35-year-old actress looked glamorous as always as she worked the press line in a black sequined strapless mini dress by Emporio Armani. She accessorized with Ferragamo peep-toe pumps, Asprey cuff and her own diamond earrings. Brad kept it classic in Tom Ford.
The pair were joined by Angelina’s once estranged father Jon Voight. “I like the way she takes care of the folks who are here for four hours (waiting),” said Voight, referring to the effort his superstar daughter took to sign autographs and pose for photos with the fans.
Meanwhile, despite their happy appearance, the National Enquirer wants you to believe that Angelina feels “trapped” in her relationship with Brad. Why? Because he refuses to cut ties with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, of course!
“It’s reached the point where she’s so trapped and suffocated in this relationship that she’s forgotten who she truly is as a person,” a source is quoted as saying. “It’s all so boring and beneath her, especially the never-ending issue of Jen’s involvement in Brad’s life. The old Angelina would have pulled the plug on this torture a long time ago, but she’s stuck with it, hoping against hope that she and Brad could work things out.
Obviously, that hasn’t happened though and she’s now looking forward to putting all the negativity behind her when she moves to Washington to pursue a career in politics.”
