Paramount Pictures have recently released the first trailer of Tom Cruise’s crime thriller “Jack Reacher”.

The marketing of the movie started with a big TomKat divorce-drama then coincidentally the trailer was released on Jack's 50th birthday.

Paramount said in a statement said "Tom is a huge movie star for the right reason. He's a very talented actor whose movies have entertained millions of fans, his ability to make a great movie, as we saw with the most recent installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise, the most successful of the series to date is the thing that moviegoers remember above all else."

Adapted from a novel by Lee Child, Jack Reacher stars Cruise as an ex-military investigator caught up in the case of a sniper accused of killing five people. Star cast also include Rosamund Pike as Helen Rodin and Robert Duvall as Cash. The movie is all set to be out on the most controversial date - 21^st December 2012. Yes! On the ‘Dooms Day’. This is going to be one of a kind premier primarily because of the movie expectation partly because of the controversial release date
