Members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) staged a protest outside the official residence of the British Prime Minister, calling for the return of their mandate to ensure political stability in Pakistan.
Protesters emphasized that restoring the mandate taken from PTI is essential for achieving political stability in the country.
During the demonstration, PTI leader Zulfi Bukhari addressed the crowd, urging for the release of the party’s founder from jail. He condemned the treatment of party member Intezar Panjautha, stating it was unacceptable.
It is noteworthy that in recent days, PTI workers also protested during a ceremony where former Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa was being appointed as a Bencher at Middle Temple. Prominent PTI figures, including Maleeka Bukhari and Zulfi Bukhari, spoke to the demonstrators.
As the event concluded, PTI activists had surrounded Justice (retired) Qazi Faez Isa’s vehicle, throwing punches and causing chaos.
