A video showing a teacher at a government school lying on the floor while students stand on her legs has gone viral, igniting widespread anger and concern about the misuse of authority in educational settings.
The footage is said to have been recorded at the Government Higher Primary School in Kartarpur, Jaipur.
As the video circulated on social media, many educators expressed their disapproval of the incident. The school’s principal, Anju Chaudhary, acknowledged seeing the video but indicated she was unaware of the specifics.
She suggested that the teacher may have been unwell and could have asked the students for a foot massage. However, she confirmed that an investigation would be launched to ascertain the facts surrounding the event.
