The Education Department of Azad Kashmir has announced summer vacation for all educational institutions in the region, with a notification being issued accordingly.
The notification states that all government and private schools and colleges in Azad Kashmir will remain closed from June 10 to August 13.
Educational institutions will reopen on August 14.
The notification further mentions that Independence Day celebrations will be held on August 14 in all educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Higher Education Department.
