Amid the ongoing war of words between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pervez Khattak, news has emerged that the former KP president could make a major announcement soon.
The news could be expected in the next 3-4 days, the reports suggested.
Sources have also claimed that multiple PTI leaders who were elected members of national and provincial assemblies could join Khattak soon. Many mayors and council chairmen from Peshawar and Nowshera, where Khattak hails from, could also resign from the party en-masse.
Khattak is also expected to call a meeting in Manki Sharif, where key decisions could be made.
He had recently declined to answer a show-cause notice issued by the party saying he was not a ‘government servant’. He had also blamed Imran Khan for the events of May 9.
The notice had accused him of approaching PTI workers and leaders and enticing them to leave the party.
