After a week of relative stability, the Pakistan rupee once against lost value against the US dollar in the interbank market.
According to the State Bank, the US dollar ended the day trading Rs219.86 after an increase of 88 paise in the interbank exchange on Monday.
Last week, the price of the dollar decreased by Rs1.68 paise, while the selling price of the American currency was Rs231 in the open market.
It should be noted that the price of the dollar was recorded at Rs218.98 on Friday, an increase of Rs0.38 in the interbank market on the previous business day.
