The Karachi court once again postponed the decision on the challan submitted to the police regarding the Nazim Jokhio murder case.

The decision on whether or not to accept the challan will be taken on July 16.

Nazim Jokhio was murdered in November 2021. Nazim Jokhio’s family claimed that PPP MPA Jam Awais Ghoram and his men had allegedly tortured Nazim to death as he tried to stop foreign guests from hunting Houbara Bustards in Karachi.

The police registered a murder case against PPP MPA Awais, his brother MNA Jam Kareem and others.

In a previous development, the police ordered the removal of thirteen accused from the challan. Only three accused remain on the list.
