The Meteorological Department has forecast dry weather for most parts of the country today. Light rain is expected in some areas of Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

The pre-monsoon spell has come to an end, now the sun will rule for a few days and the weather will remain dry and hot in most of the country including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Punjab during next week.

Weather forecasters said that Sindh and Punjab are likely to experience a rise in temperature and humidity while the next spell of rain will start from the end of June.
