PTI’s campaign is not about politics but has turned into Jihad: Imran Khan

Former Prime Minister and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan Thursday said that it is the responsibility of the brave young people to participate in the real war of independence with him.

Addressing a rally in Attock, the ousted premier said that PTI’s movement would continue till the announcement of the general elections in the country and urged the women to also take part in it saying that they have to be part of this real war for independence.

Even the leaders at the time submitted to the demands of the United States of America, he said. “I’ll never bow down to anyone and neither will I let my nation to submit,” the PTI chairman added.

Berating the current government, the PTI leader said that the current leaders have bowed down in front of the US, adding that the nation was not ready to accept the ‘imported government’.

Imran Khan said that over 80,000 Pakistani people were killed in the US war.

Imran recalled that the US had telephoned General Musharraf to support the war against Afghanistan Taliban otherwise Pakistan would face dire consequences and they would bomb Pakistan.

The former prime minister said that his campaign is not about politics anymore but has turned into a Jihad, adding that he will never accept “thieves and slaves” ruling the country.

He said that he was ready to face any consequence whether he was killed or arrested.
