Zahir Jaffer, the man accused of murdering Noor Mukaddam, has been shifted to Punjab Forensic Laboratory in Lahore.
He was escorted to Lahore for polygraphic testing and forensic tests under the supervision of Islamabad police inspector Abdul Sattar.
Aaj TV reports the laboratory in Lahore will run forensic tests on the videos recovered from Jaffer's phones to ensure the content has not been tampered with.
Jaffer is accused of brutally murdering 27-year-old Mukaddam in Islamabad on July 20.
His parents, as well as two household staff, are in police custody until August 10.
