The daughter of a former diplomat was killed in her home in Islamabad in what appears to be a gruesome murder, according to investigating officers. A man has been arrested for the crime.
Noor Mukadam was shot and then "slaughtered" according to police officials. They have detained a man, Zaahir Jaffer, for the crime. ARY reported he was inebriated at the time of arrest. They also say another person was injured.
The victim is the daughter of Shaukat Mukadam who has served as Pakistan’s ambassador to South Korea and Kazakhstan.
