This month Pakistan has seen newly reported coronavirus cases dipped significantly. Meanwhile, the number of recoveries in the country has been increasing day by day.
As of today, Pakistan has over 200,000 recovered coronavirus patients. The number of active cases in the country is 53,652 as the total cases reach 263,496. 5,568 people have succumbed to the viral disease with 46 dying in the past 24 hours.
Of 204,276 healed patients in the country, Sindh has the highest number of such people, 91,383. Punjab has 65,463 recovered patients , KP 24,588, Islamabad 11,836, Balochistan 8,399, GB 1,460, and AJK 1,174.
Doctors have been pleading to the recovered corona patients to donate their plasma as much as possible as it can potentially save the lives of people battling COVID-19. Statistics show that Pakistan's Covid-19 curve is flattening but experts warn that fight against the novel coronavirus is far from being over.
