6 Tips To Study During Quarantine

The world has taken such a drastic change that quarantine is the new normal now. Who would have thought that in 2020, instead of flying cars, there won't even be people on the streets? Workers, students, vendors, everyone is home-bound.

During these unprecedented times, the students are struggling the most. Their career is on a halt. The online classes and its workload is stressing them out. But the thing is that we are helpless, we can't predict the end date of this pandemic. We can just hope for the best. Meanwhile, here are some tips you can follow to study effectively during the quarantine:

Find an isolated room

Many students can not study well with noises around, it is therefore important to find a quiet place in your home. Clean the space and remove unnecessary gadgets from it. With minimum distractions, you can concentrate well on your study.

Make time table

It's necessary to set time to study so that you can finish your other activities beforehand. Also, share your timetable with your family, so that they know when to not bother you.

Set goals

While studying, it is important to set realistic goals. Know your temperament before setting the bar unbelievably high.

Reinforce Yourself

It's human nature that we perform well when we are rewarded for our efforts.  So, if you achieve a goal, then reward yourself with playtime or watching Netflix or with your favorite food. Positive reinforcement helps big time.

Keep going

At first, you might lack the concentration to study and the will to continue studying. It is therefore advised to just keep going, keep on reading. Soon enough you will develop an appetite to learn more about the subject you're studying. So just don't give up easily.

Find a study partner

Finding a study partner is as important as finding a gym partner. Academic efficiency is increased when we have healthy competition with our peers.

These tips will definitely kickstart your routine but following them persistently is totally your responsibility.
