Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has collected Rs 2080 billion in tax revenue during the first six months of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20
FBR chairman Syed Shabbar Zaidi in a tweet message said that the revenue body collected Rs2,080 billion up to December 31, 2019 posting 16 percent growth.
Alhumdulillah FBR has collected Rs 2080 billion by this time for the half year ended December 31, 2019. This is higher by 16 percent over last year for the same period.

As per details garnered, the aforementioned amount is as much as 16pc more than the amount collected during the same period of the previous year.
