These tricks will really help you while cooking and make your dishes taste delicious.

The perfect steak

Never fry frozen meat or meat just taken out of the fridge. Lave it for 1 or 2 hours before cooking. Then fry it evenly.

The juiciest meat

To cook chicken properly, put the meat in a brine. Take 3 cups of water and add ¼ cup of salt and ¼ cup of sugar. Pour it onto the meat, cover the bowl and put it in a fridge for an hour. Don’t leave it for more than 8 hours or less than half a hour.

Flavoring Spices

For enhancing flavor, toss black pepper or cumin in a pan over a medium heat then grind your spices.

Light and airy dough

For a perfect dough, take out the butter and eggs out of the fridge the night before to let them come up at room temperature.

Creamy mashed potatoes

Dry the boiled potatoes properly before mashing them. Just place them in a clean heated frying pan. Don’t let the heat fry them.

Sugar is not for sweetness

For a crystal clear broth, cook chicken on a low heat without a cover.

Say no to nonstick pans

Use nonstick coating just for frying eggs and pancakes. But if you want to have a golden crust, use pan without a nonstick coating.
