ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Tuesday held meeting with party leaders and workers at Punjab House here and discussed the present political situation in country.

According to party sources, he exchanged views with the party leaders about the legislation in Parliament and the sit-in in Islamabad that ended here Monday evening.

Nawaz Sharif, who is President of PML-N, along with her daughter Maryam Nawaz arrived from Lahore to Islamabad in the morning for hearing of references in the Accountability Court,

Party leaders including Talal Chaudhry, Marriyum Aurangzeb, Captain (R) Safdar, Tariq Fatimi and others accompanied Nawaz Sharif.—APP
