ISLAMABAD: Azad Kashmir President Sardar Masood Khan says India will never be able to crush the freedom struggle of the people of Kashmir.

He was addressing the Shuhada Conference held in honor of the great sacrifices of Sardar Sabaz Ali Khan and Milli Khan at Mung in Sudhnoti.

Sardar Masood said exemplary perseverance, commitment and bravery has become a beacon of hope and faith for all Kashmiris.

The AJK President referring to Indian tactics in Occupied Kashmir said that India has evacuated locals from their homes, confiscated properties and settled people from outside to change the demography of the region and to further suppress the local Muslim populace.

He said that the people of Kashmir have laid down their lives and this will continue till they attain the rightful freedom.

He said today, the freedom struggle is alive because of the people who have relentlessly faced the barrels and brutality of the Indian forces.

Prime Minster of Azad Kashmir Raja Farooq Haider, scholars and leaders from various political parties also addressed the gathering.—PPI
