Unexplained fatigue, dizziness, or pins and needles

Feeling exhausted even after a good amount of sleep means a person's body may need vitamin B12. This deficiency causes limited transfer of oxygen to the organs which leads to sleepiness, dizziness and fatigue. Moreover, vitamin B12 helps better functionality of nervous system and brain.

Bleeding gums

You might have experienced bleeding gums while brushing your teeth. It happens due to lack of vitamin C which often causes muscle pain, weak immunity and other teeth related problems. Plus, you can get immense amount of vitamin C from citrus fruit and red-peppers.

Colorless lips

Lack of iron indicates pale lips. Also, arterial pressure and regular colds are also an indication of it. However, a person can recover it by eating more red meat and limiting food rich with high calcium content.
