According to different studies, children who perform well at school are the ones who eat a balanced breakfast. Moreover, skipping the first meal of your day will decrease glucose levels in blood which affects proper brain functioning.

A strict diet
If you belief on strict diets that will make you shred extra pounds in less time then you have to reconsider it. It was proved by research that limited diets make brain to eat itself. Therefore, don't go for short cuts but focus on eating right.
