Creamy Cheesy Koftas

Ingredients:
Cheese -250gm
Green peas (boiled) -1cup
Plain flour -2tbsp
Baking powder -1/2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) -3
Oil for frying
Coriander (chopped) as per taste
Tomatoes -4
Fresh cream -100gm
Oil -4tbsp
Chili powder -1tbsp
Fresh coconut -2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
Coriander seed -2tbsp
Cumin seed -1tbsp
Chopped coriander -2tbsp
Direction to cook:
Koftas:
Knead the cheese well.
Combine cheese with plain flour, baking powder, chilies and salt.
Shape into small balls and deep fry.
Gravy:
Cut tomatoes and cook in 4 cups of water until soft.
Prepare a soup by passing through a sieve.
Heat oil and fry the ginger garlic paste.
Add peas and chilies.
Add tomato soup, cream and salt.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add koftas just before serving.
Sprinkle chopped garlic, chili and coriander.
