Chicken Patties

Ingredients:
For the dough:
1cup – wheat flour
½ cup –Rice flour
Salt to taste
Warm water as needed
For the filling:
Mince -250gm
Onion (chopped) -1
Ginger garlic paste -1/2tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) – 3
Coriander powder –½ tbsp
Cumin powder – ½tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil -1tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) –a bunch
Direction to make:
Heat oil and saute onion until brown.
Add ginger garlic and cook for a minute.
Add mince and cook over a high flame.
Add Coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard oil and salt.
Add 1/2cup of water, cover and cook over low flame until tender.
Switch off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander and chili. Mix well. Keep it aside.
Knead a soft dough using dough ingredients.
Divide the dough into small portion.
Place mince on one half.
Bring the other half. Seal the edges.
Fry it until golden brown.
