Egg Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter –Milk
  • 6tbsp –Sugar
  • 8 –Egg
  • 2tbsp –Sugar for caramel
  • 1tbsp –Vanilla Essence
  • 2tbsp –Bread crumbs

Direction to make:

  1. Beat milk with egg, sugar and vanilla essence until sugar dissolve.
  2. Heat sugar for caramel in flameproof baking mold until golden
  3. Pour mudding mixture on the caramel.
  4. Put the dish in a pre heated oven at 350F for 45 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate it before serve.
