Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  • Beef/Mutton Mince -1/2kg
  • Onion -2
  • Bread slice -2
  • Egg white (beaten) -2
  • Red chili -4
  • Green chili -8
  • Bread crumbs as per required
  • Coriander (chopped) –1/2 cup
  • Black pepper (ground) -1tbsp
  • All purpose flour (Maida) -2tbsp
  • Soya sauce -2tbsp
  • Vinegar -2tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Direction to make:

  1. Blend mince with bread slices.
  2. Add green chili, red chili, soya sauce, vinegar, onions, all purpose flour, black pepper, salt and coriander. Mix them well.
  3. Make small balls of this mixture.
  4. Dip the balls in beaten then roll it on bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown.
