Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken (cubed) -500gm
  • Soya sauce -2tbsp
  • Egg -1
  • Corn flour -2tbsp
  • Green chili (chopped) -5 to 6
  • Garlic paste -1tbsp
  • White pepper – ½ tbsp
  • Sugar -1tbsp
  • Chinese salt –a pinch
  • Chicken broth -2cups
  • Oil -1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instruction to make:

  1. Marinate chicken with soya sauce, corn flour (1tbsp), salt and egg for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Then deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.
  3. In separate wok heat 1tbsp oil, saute garlic paste and green chili for few seconds.
  4. Now add chicken broth and cook for few minutes.
  5. Add fried chicken.
  6. Dissolve remaining corn flour in ½ cup of water and stir it constantly.
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Serve it with boiled rice.
