Crispy Hot Shot

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken (cubed)
  • 1 to 2 –Eggs
  • 4tbsp –Corn flour
  • 4tbsp –Maida
  • 2tbsp –Vinegar
  • 1tbsp –Soya Sauce
  • 1½tbsp –Chili Sauce
  • 1/2tbps –Black Pepper
  • ½ tea sp –Mustard powder
  • 2 tea sp –White pepper
  • 4 to 5 –Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 –Chicken cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt (optional)
  • Oil

Method:

  1. Steam the chicken pieces with 1tbsp oil, add Chinese salt, garlic cloves, vinegar, salt, white pepper.
  2. Beat egg in a bowl add chili sauce, soya sauce, soya sauce, white pepper, black pepper, mustard paste, maida, corn flour, and chicken cubes.
  3. Coat the steamed chicken with the mixture and deep fry.
