Ras malai

Ingredients for dough:

  • 1 cup –Milk
  • 1tsps –baking powder
  • 3tsps –Flour
  • 2tsps –Oil
  • 1½ -Egg

Ingredients for Milk:

  • 1 cup – sugar
  • 1liter –Milk
  • 125gm –khoya
  • 2 –cardamom
  • Pistachio and almond for garnishing

Direction to make dough:

  1. Combine milk powder, oil, baking powder, flour, and egg.
  2. Knead the soft dough.
  3. Make small balls and flatten them.

Direction to Ras Malai:

  1. Boil milk with sugar and cardamom
  2. Add khoya when sugar dissolves and mix well.
  3. Add milk balls and cook on low heat until size double.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Garnish it with pistachio and almond.
