Fruit and cake Trifle

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Sponge cake
  • 1 tin Fruit cocktail
  • 1 packet Banana jelly
  • 1 packet Raspberry jelly
  • 1 packet Strawberry jelly
  • 1 packet Orange jelly
  • 3tsps Vanillacustard powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3-4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2packets Cream
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • Strawberry jam as required

Method:

  1. Spread jam on sponge cake.
  2. Cut cake into 2 portion like sandwich.
  3. Now soften the cake pieces with fruit cocktail.
  4. Add jellies and vanilla custard powder.
  5. Then cool it.
  6. Mix cream in icing sugar.
  7. Then also add cream in the cake pieces.
  8. Fruits, Candies and biscuits can also be added while serving.
