BUDGAM: Indian brutality being continued in Kashmir as in a fresh state of terrorism, Indian army officers tied a protester to the front of their jeep to act as a human-shield against his own stone-throwing comrades, Aaj News reported.Â
The 11-second shocking clip showed an unidentified man bound to the front of an army jeep as it led a convoy through Budgam district in Indian-administered Kashmir.
A Hindi man can be heard saying 'stone throwers will meet a similar fate' as the convoy drives past horrified villagers during the Srinagar by-election.
Meanwhile, political leaders in Jammu and Kashmir have questioned the incident.
Here's the video as well. A warning can be heard saying stone pelters will meet this fate. This requires an urgent inquiry & follow up NOW!! pic.twitter.com/qj1rnCVazn

Kashmir has been in a phase of unrest since last year when Indian security forces killed Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.
The violence since then, largely in the form of troops firing on civilian crowds with shotguns after protesters throw stones, has left over 100 civilians dead and more than 12,000 civilians and security force personnel wounded.
