KARACHI: International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy on Thursday arrived at Karachi’s Edhi Home on its three-day Pakistan tour, Aaj News reported. Â
Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi was present at the event at Edhi Home where the trophy was presented to honour the services of Abdul Sattar Edhi.
Abdul Sattar Edhi’s wife Bilquis Edhi and son Faisal Edhi along with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials were also present on the occassion.
"Edhi Sahab has served humanity," Afridi said, adding "it feels really good to be here".

ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled to visit South Africa, New Zealand and Australia after Pakistan’s tour, before finally arriving in United Kingdom who will host the event.  The trophy has already visited India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
ICC had announced to launch the global tour of Champions Trophy to 19 cities of eight participant countries back in February.
