KARACHI: Â An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday ordered to place names of Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Farooq Sattar, Amir Liaquat and Khalid Maqbool on Exit Control List (ECL) in a case pertaining to attack on media houses, Aaj News reported.Â
According to the reports, the court heard the case on Monday pertaining to attack on media houses and provocative speeches, in which Farooq Sattar, Amir Liaquat and Khalid Maqbool did not appear before the court.
The court has ordered police to arrest and present the accused within 15 days. Â Once again, the court has issued fresh non-bailable warrants against MQM leader.
It is pertinent to mention here that the accused were declared proclaimed offenders by the court last year.
The ATC had first issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Farooq Sattar and MQM founder Altaf Hussain on September 28, 2016.
