RAWALPINDI: Army chief General Raheel Sharif Thursday signed the death warrants of seven "hardcore terrorists".
According to a press release by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the convicts Mohammad Qasim Tori, Mohammad Ramzan, Mohammad Danish, Syed Jehangir Haider, Â Zeeshan, Mutabar Khan and Rehman Ud Din were involved in terrorism, killing of civilians and security personnel.
The statement said that the convicts have admitted their offenses in the trial court.
"They were also involved in sectarian killings. Firearms and explosives were also recovered from their possession."
