Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has claimed that the country has been put on the path of economic development under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Talking to a delegation of his party activists on Saturday, Hamza said various energy projects will be completed by 2018 which will help overcome electricity load shedding in the country.
He said the masses have rejected the negative politics of street agitation and rallies. Hamza urged the political parties to shun negative political tactics and work for development of the country.
He slammed Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir and said that the resolution of Kashmir issue is essential for durable peace in South Asia. "Solution of the Kashmir problem in the light of UN resolutions and aspirations of Kashmiri people is need of the hour."
The PML-N leader said that due to effective steps taken by the Pakistan army and law enforcement agencies, peace has been restored to the country.
"Measures taken for implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) are proving fruitful and Pakistan has become a more safe and peaceful country." Hamza said the Pakistani nation is determined to root out terrorism and this menace will be eliminated with the force of unity. He said there is no place in Pakistan for terrorists and their facilitators.
