Recipe: Cheese and Spinach stuffed pasta shells

Ingredients

  1. 12 large pasta shells
  2. 1 minced onion
  3. 2 bunches spinach
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper
  6. 1 fresh ricotta, shredded
  7. ½ cup of creamy cheese
  8. 2 cups tomato sauce
  9. 8 oz fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  10. Olive oil

Recipe

  1. Cook the shells. Reserve.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and the chopped spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the ricotta and the cream cheese. Reserve.
  4. Pour the tomato sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Fill the shells with the sautéed spinach.
  6. Place the shells over the sauce. Cover them with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
