SHANGHAI:- Chinese shares were higher on Friday morning after China promised to deliver on its economic goals at a key annual conference, dealers said.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.20 percent, or 5.83 points, to 2,931.57.
The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, gained 0.30 percent, or 4.39 points, to 1,469.98.
